Test Preparation

Anaheim Tutoring provides test preparation programs and assistance for all of the major college admissions tests such as the SAT and ACT, SAT Subject Tests and Advanced Placement (AP).  In addition, we provide tutoring programs to boost the chances of those seeking a GED or needing to pass a proficiency exam.  Students seeking help with graduate school entrance exams can count on excellent preparation from our tutors for the GRE and GMAT.

Our tutors will work with students to diagnose and boost areas ripe for improvement, provide students with the test-specific, test taking strategies they need, and stick with them right through the test. Incidentally, different from a lot of other test prep and tutoring firms, our tutors are trained to identify areas of yield.  Most test prep programs focus on the weaknesses that are indicated through diagnostics testing.  While weaknesses are an obvious area of attention, often there may be more score maximization in areas where the student is already very strong or moderately strong.  Strength is usually an indicator of solid foundation skills.  Standardized tests are structured to measure a student's capacity owing to years and years of education - the foundation. Leveraging that solid base can often yield the biggest score gain.
